Bonjour....My name is Genevieve and I was found wandering dangerously close to a busy street when a car appeared to hit me. A Good Samaritan rushed to my side and took me right to the Vet where they checked me from head to toe and lucky for me I had no injuries. I was then taken in by the wonderful people at SMRS and I am now ready to choose my forever home.
I have received a perfect score from my foster mom for being perfectly potty trained and crate trained. I am good with the sweet middle aged dog that I live with and I would love to have a gentle, but playful fur friend in my new home. Sweet, timid and sometimes easily frightened by loud noises I would do best in a quiet, calm home. I love to snuggle with my person, play with my stuffed toys and I just can't get enough of those nylabones and antlers. My outside activities include chasing squirrels and taking quiet strolls through the neighborhood. I would fit well in a home or apartment, but I do require a fenced yard or to be walked on a leash as I have been known to wander. I am a very smart girl that has wonderful manners so I would be perfect to join you at the office, but I must stay at home while you are gone, I would benefit from a midday break as I do get a bit sad when I am alone all day. When it comes to sharing my food with other fur friends I just can't compromise and I will request to be fed separately so I can enjoy every morsel.
Are you ready to be greeted each day with a cute little Frenchie hop and a wiggle? Then sign your name on my adoption application today.
