What goes good with applesauce?  Hi, my name is Porkchop and I was surrendered by my owner, you see they just didn't want me anymore. I am looking for a home with someone who is home most of the day.  I would be perfect for a retired couple or an empty nester.  I am house trained, but would do best with a someone who could give me a few midday outings.  I do love the company of the four dogs in my foster home, but I would not be compatible with a cat.  I do enjoy the children I have met, but because I am a young bully who doesn't know her own strength I think it is best I live with children over eight years old as I do like to jump up to say hello.  I also receive gold stars from my foster mom when it comes to walking on a leash and I would really love a home with a secure fenced yard you see I love exploring in the backyard and I do spend some time wandering around when I go out to do my business. I am as smart as a whip and quick to learn new things, I am a real people pleaser.  My favorite pastime is relaxing with my people whether it be by your side or in your lap.

 I do require daily eye drops for a condition I have that is called dry eye. I am not really sure what that is, but my eyes feel much better when I get those drops.  I am crate trained with no anxiety and I want you to know that the crate is not my favorite place since I spent many hours locked up in my previous home. I will comply with your request to get in my crate and I will bark in protest when you leave, but I do quiet down quickly.  I probably sound like a grown up, worldly girl, but I am still a puppy in many ways.  I will get into mischief if left unattended and I look for protection from those things I perceive as scary like traffic sounds and loud noises.  If you are looking for a sweet, loving girl who has an outgoing personality and can give you many years of love and affection please fill out my application without delay.
