How do you do, my name is Winston. I was surrendered by my owner because of my wandering ways.  I will require a home with a secure fenced yard to keep me safe and end my wandering ways.

I am a healthy, sweet as sugar boy who is now searching for my forever home.  I am a very laid back, low energy boy who loves to cuddle up in your lap and snooze the day away. I enjoy playing with toys, but only if you play with me. I am very much a people dog and I adore spending my time close by wherever you are.  I would be perfect for a retired couple, empty nester or someone who works from home.  I have grown up having a human or a female dog as a companion so when left alone I will protest by barking. I do get along with all Female dogs, but I am not open to sharing a home or space with a male dog of any size or personality and a No Cat home is a must.  In my previous home I loved to spend time with the 7 yr old dog respectful grandchild who visited often, so a home with older children would be just fine with me.  I am crate trained, house trained, but would do best with potty breaks.

My new owner will need to be aware of and willing to work with a one of my quirks, which is I will bolt out any open door so I must be leashed or the door way must be blocked to prevent my escape.  If you are ready for a snuggly companion who with fill your life with joy please fill out the adoption application without delay.
