Phineas was an owner surrender from another state when the family fell on hard times. He is a typical energetic pug boy who is learning the ways of living indoors. He is pretty healthy heartworm and fecal negative just has dry eye due to how bulging his eyes are so that requires drops. The drops for his eyes are not expensive, but must be continued for life. He had his neuter along with a dental for some loose teeth. He also had labored breathing due to his smushed faced so he had his palate and nares operated on and is breathing much better. He is a total charmer and loves everyone.
