Hi, I’m Lily Rose and I’m looking for my forever family. See my previous owner had me since I
was a little pup, but her personal situation changed & she had to move and work longer hours.
She chose the hard decision to surrender me to SMRS so I can be cared for and not be left
alone so much. I’ll now let my foster mom say all the nice things about me.
This little girl is precious and anyone will be lucky to have her in their home. First, she is a
beautiful girl with an adorable black spot surrounding her tail on her white body. The back of
her black ears look like they have been kissed by a butterfly with unique white markings. She is
simply adorable and will give kisses, but not smother you and loves laying next to you on the
couch or by your feet. She does like to be in the same room with her humans & if you leave she
will get up to find you. She is fully potty trained & never has had an accident in our home. She,
however will not bark or scratch, just sit by the door. Her previous owner kept her in a room with potty pad, but one has never been used here. She is crate trained and will easily go in (with a treat), but prefers to have more space like a utility room. She does sleep in the crate at night .
She may, at first, let you know she prefers to be with you by barking or the famous Frenchie
yodel. But within a few days at our house she has settled down and generally doesn't make a
sound . She rides extremely well in the car utilizing a doggy car seat , knows “sit” and waits
patiently for her turn during snack time.
Lily hasn't shown any destructive behaviour & even ignores the vacuum. She gets along well
with her foster fur siblings, loves to play & seems to love the kids we encounter on our walks.
She does very well on a leash but does like to explore; however she is not a tugger.
She isn't always the best at sharing toys, but Lily is easily corrected. This girl just want to please you. Lily can also get a little obsessive over toads & birds. Lily is up to date and healthy. Her only issue is a mild luxating patella in the rear leg that sometimes causes a hop in her step.
