Hold on to your heart.....My name is Luanne, I was picked up by Animal Control as a stray and when the search for my owner was exhausted I joined the SMRS family and I am now in search of my forever home.  


I am the best of both worlds, with me you get the energetic and funny side of a Boston Terrier and the endearing and sometime stubborn French Bulldog personality.  Since I am just over 1 year old I am ready to play at a moments notice, but after a good day of burning off my puppy energy I will lay in your arms just like a baby.  My favorite pastimes are playing with my toys and balls, throwing them up in the air and yes, every toy in the house is mine.  I currently share a home with the resident large dog who has a soft heart when it comes to sharing toys with me and I enjoy his company too.  I do not live with children, but I have met a few of these “short people” in my neighborhood and I think they are lot’s of fun.  I will jump up on you with puppy excitement, so a home with older children will be best.  I am crate trained and I will go right in when you give me a treat.  I will give a few barks upon entry, but will settle in quickly. 

I have no anxiety, but my favorite place is near my human and I am sure to follow you around the home just in case you might need my help.  I am also potty trained under a watchful eye, you see I do not know how to signal you when it is time for me go outside.  My foster Mom says I would be wonderful as a “go to the office dog” or if that is not possible I would do best with a midday potty break while you are at work.  I will require a secure fenced yard as I do not come when called and I am easily distracted by almost anything. 

If we chose to go for a walk I must be leash walked only because I do not ever want to become a stray again.   If you are ready for a fun, energetic, playful girl, please submit my adoption application and let’s play!
