“Let me be there in your morning, let me be there in your night”......My name is Olivia and I was surrendered to SMRS by my owner as I was not getting along with the resident dog.  When I arrived into rescue I was had some skin allergies which I have learned is not uncommon with Frenchies, but it is kept under control with a daily Benadryl and medicated baths. I could require different medications in the future though.  

Now let me share with you a little bit about my personality.  I am a very active girl who loves playing, cuddling, going for walks and going on car rides. Since I was surrendered for not getting along with the dog in my previous home, I must go to a forever home with with submissive male dogs or no dogs. I am potty trained, but require the opportunity for daily potty breaks throughout the day.  I will do best in a home with a secure yard, someone who is home most of the day as I love to spend my time with humans and I am a true Velcro French girl.  

I am good with children and currently live with a 12 year old and I love her very much.  I am crate trained, but I do not like to go in at all and I will sing a tune when I am kenneled. Ok, it’s not really a tune it is more like a whiney howl and for this reason I would not be well suited for apartment living unless I can be left uncrated.  

I will also request a home with a very watchful eye as I am what they call a “door darter” and given the chance will be out an open door in a flash.
