Hi Dee Ho everyone, I am Percy and my owner passed away and left me and my other fur friends to fend for ourselves.  We all were lucky that someone found us and contacted rescue.  I was covered with fleas, underweight, full of intestinal parasites, not neutered, skin infections and dry eye, but lucky for me I am heartworm negative.  

The time has come for me to begin the search for my forever home....let me tell you a bit about myself.

I am 6 yrs old, but I act more like a young pup with my active, playful, adventure seeking personality.  When it comes to my manners inside the home, I am fully potty trained, in addition I walk well on a leash, love car rides, loves toys, good with dogs and I love children.  I do not care for a crate, but my foster mom says I would be fine left out in the home and don't worry even though I am an energetic boy I will settle right down when it is time for bed.  I do need a fenced yard, not because I would run off, but because I would run to greet the first person I saw and that just would not be safe situation for me.

I do require life long eye drops for condition called dry eye, the drops are not expensive and I do not mind taking them twice a day.  I am not compatible for a family who works long hours away from the home as I am a true Velcro Pug with my human.  I would be perfect for someone who stays at home, works from home or I would be more than happy to join you at the office.  I have a happy demeanor and love to meet new humans.
