Love me, no, pet me, oh, no, LET'S PLAY, PLAY, PLAY!! MACK, have you met my foster brother, Mack? He's my best buddy, MACK!! LET'S PLAY!!! I have the zoomies, be back in a minute!!!! (I'm running and jumping and playing with my foster brother Mack. Oh, there's a noise in the kitchen, we RUN to check it out. We wrestle in the kitchen and we are LOUD - barking, growling at each other as we play - okay, I'm loud with all of my barking. I bark a LOT. I bark and bark and bark and bark. That's how I do most of my communication with the other dogs in the house. I get right in their face and I bark and bark and I make some of them crazy, but Mack just plays with me and doesn't seem to mind my barking.). I am a VERY active, VERY vocal girl! A little history about me. I came from a KILL Shelter in Louisiana - EEK, Thank You to all the good folks who helped get me out of there! I don't know how I ended up there. The folks at Short Mugs Rescue Squad do know I was used for breeding at one time and I came to them with the scarring on my legs and my skin in horrible shape and I was super skinny. I am feeling better and I will need a home that can make the commitment to continue with my eyes drops in each eye every day as I have very dry eyes and I have very bad allergies that make my skin so itchy. My allergies make me miserable. I will need allergy medication for the rest of my life, too.
I have some anxiety, as you can imagine. I don't like to be away from people. I like you in my sight, and if you are in my sight then I like to be next to you, unless I'm busy playing. If I'm busy playing then you can do your own thing and I'm okay. If I'm not playing then I will need your attention and if I don't have your attention, which just means being in your lap, if you are sitting, then I will be forced to cry until you allow me in your lap. My foster family tells me I drive them crazy, but they are smiling when they tell me and they tell me I am absolutely adorable and sweet!
I'm better about going into my kennel without crying for a long time and I sleep in my kennel at night. I am house trained now, too. I love playing with toys and my foster brother, Mack. He is my favorite to play with. No other fur kids play with me in the house. I need a fur kid to play with. I dream of my FUREVER family and what they will be like. I can't wait to meet them and love them and cuddle in their laps and give them kisses!! I will be waiting here, playing with Mack, but please, come soon. I want to love you soonest!!! TRUDY!!!
